Before many Speaker Ignite workshops begin, I often hear a version of the same realisation from professionals:
“The next step in my career does require me to speak more. It does require me to present more, engage more, and put myself out there — I can’t do that without speaking.”
Communication becomes unavoidable at certain stages of a career. Technical expertise alone is no longer enough.
One finance professional explained it this way:
“My stakeholders are those who are not always finance-orientated… so the ability to speak becomes very important to bridge that gap.”
Another reflected:

Inside the programme, delegates learn how to:
And the transformation becomes visible when professionals say things like:
“I have so much to say, and I am given opportunities to speak — this course has helped me know what to say and how to say it.”
Because speaking confidently is not about personality.
It is about preparation.
