I have worked extensively with Dineshrie Pillay over the years, first as a Judge / Chair of the SAICA 35-under-35 competition, and more recently as a news presenter on SAICA News. I can say the following about her:

• Dineshrie facilitated the full-day Strategic Brand & Career Theatre, which included 4 back-to- back 45min sessions. Her role was to understand the topic and audience, research the panellists or presenters for each session, manage the Q&A, and introduce and close each session.
• Dineshrie’s time management was impeccable, and she kept the session moving fluidly.
• Dineshrie’s interaction and engagement with SAICA staff, the speakers and the audience (during Q&A) was professional, intuitive and a huge value-add toward the very objectives of the event.

Dineshrie Pillay was one of two speakers at the event, and she focused on business resilience. She displayed professionalism and exuded a high level of knowledge on the topic she presented. Dineshrie’s keynote address on creating future-fit chartered accountants was inspirational, relevant to the theme of the conference, and well prepared and delivered. The keynote address was delivered within the prescribed time as planned for the day. By describing the skills that future-fit chartered accountants would need, delegates could relate to her topic. Her message inspired delegates to, despite the current circumstances, be able to evaluate their position, be able to accept failure when it happens, and improve thereon.

Dineshrie’s presentation was entitled: Her presentation was entitled ‘Humanity will rise as a force, stronger than a disease’. Her presentation was inspiring and thought-provoking. During the Speaker Platform event, she answered questions from the audience with confidence, charm and poise. She added tremendous value to our International Convention.
