There’s a silent cost most people carry…
And they don’t even realise it.

It’s not financial.
It’s not visible.
But it’s heavy.

It’s resentment.

In the talk, I share a deeply personal experience—ending a 9-year relationship.

It didn’t end well.
There was betrayal.
There was pain.
There was disappointment.

But instead of holding onto resentment… I chose something different.

Gratitude.

I wrote a gratitude letter.

Not because everything was perfect.

But because that chapter of my life had meaning.

When I printed the letter, something unusual happened.
The printer ran out of ink when printing our photo together.

And in that moment, I realised:
Some chapters are meant to end, with boundaries.

Resentment doesn’t punish others.

It drains you.

Gratitude doesn’t mean:

It means:

Who do you need to forgive, not for them, but for you?
