1. AV Requirements
- A headset microphone, with ear-clip or a lavaliere clip-on microphone.
- A spare headset microphone, with ear-clip or a lavaliere clip-on microphone for the presenters.
- A podium microphone.
- A roving microphone for audience Q&A session. Consider having two (2) roving microphones if the group is greater than 200 delegates.
2. Conference Facilities
- Large screen / (s) – depending on the size of the venue – consider having three (3) screens:
- Left Side of Room
- Centre of the Room
- Right Side of the Room
3. Video, audio and pictures
Should any part of the program be recorded, a master copy for Dineshrie would form part of the contract.
Should there be a photographer taking pictures on the day, JPEG copies of pictures that include Dineshrie Pillay within them, will also form part of the contract.
